Application Procedure

Please submit a $40, non-refundable processing fee with your application.  You may send us a check or money order.

Please make it payable to HRIC and mail it to 29 South Third Street, Second Floor Office, Harrisburg, PA 17101.

Once we receive your application fee, we will pair it up with your online application and we will process your housing request.

No application will be reviewed before the application fee is received.

After we review your application we will send you an acceptance letter. At that time a deposit will be required to reserve your apartment. A complete checklist will be provided at that time, answering many of your questions.
