Large enough to provide many opportunities for interaction, yet small enough to be intimate, the International House has accommodations for up to seventy-four individuals in single, double and two-bedroom suite units. Leases are available for periods from as little as a month up to one year (on housing agreements renewed annually). During certain periods of the year, apartments are available for weekly rental. Subject to availability, small groups may be accommodated.

The International House was designed after much research; the final layout addresses many of the issues that have caused conflicts in similar housing situations. Each apartment is self-contained with its own private bathroom and kitchenette, offering privacy for personal activities. Each apartment is fully furnished with wall-to-wall carpeting, bed, dresser, desk, table, chair and a wardrobe. The kitchenettes feature a two-burner range, a small refrigerator and a microwave as well as dishes, silverware and pots and pans. In addition, each unit has a 19” color television with cable included, a telephone that includes free local calls, an alarm clock, a set of sheets, a blanket and two sets of towels. A most recent addition is the availability of wireless high-speed internet access through many of the buildings.
