Are you interested in being part of the International House team?
As a Resident Advisor (RA) you will have the opportunity to help shape the community of the International House and to be a mentor to hundreds of students that arrive at the International House, eager to get to know Harrisburg, the US and to make International House their home away from home.
Some of the duties of the RA include preparing rooms for resident arrivals, assisting in resident departures, planning resident events and engaging the residents to be a part of the International House community. A rotating schedule is used to ensure that an RA is always available to assist residents with any situation that may arise.
RAs live on-site in single rooms specifically assigned throughout our buildings and help provide a safe, comfortable, secure and nurturing living environment for our residents.
RAs must be 21 years of age or older or have a junior or higher class level.
