Current Rates

LEASE TERM	SINGLE	DOUBLE	TWO BEDROOM SUITE
One day – less than one month	$300 rent per week or partial week	$250 rent per person/per week or partial week	$300 rent per person/per week or partial week

One month to five months	$775 rent per month	$525 rent per person/per month	$650 rent per person/per month

Six to twelve months	$750 rent per month	$500 rent per person/per month	$625 rent per person/per month

* No holding over. Depending on availability, the lease may be renewed or extended only by a separate written agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. The rent for the new lease or extension terms cannot be combined with prior term for a lower rate and the rate shall be as set forth in the Rate Schedule then in effect.

* Rent is payable the first of each month.

* Partial months prior or after the first of a calendar month are payable at the monthly rate divided by 30, times the number of days the tenant is staying for in that month.

* One-month leases are payable on the Start Date.

* A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is due when the lease is signed.
