* No holding over. Depending on availability, the lease may be renewed or extended only by a separate written agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. The rent for the new lease or extension terms cannot be combined with prior term for a lower rate and the rate shall be as set forth in the Rate Schedule then in effect.
* Rent is payable the first of each month.
* Partial months prior or after the first of a calendar month are payable at the monthly rate divided by 30, times the number of days the tenant is staying for in that month.
* One-month leases are payable on the Start Date.
* A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is due when the lease is signed.
